CARGO is a software platform that connects shippers, carriers and drivers (self-employed or employees) in search of the best shipping option.

This application (free to use) should only be used by drivers.

Unlike other platforms whose focus is basically on quantity of ads and price, our focus is on the relationship between carriers and drivers, without interfering in the negotiation of freight charges.

The carriers define their relationship networks by adding drivers present on this platform (this application installed). When announcing a freight, the carrier defines the essential items for the service: • Region or state of attendance (of the driver) • Date and place of departure • Date and place of the end of the trip • Weight (carrying capacity)

For your safety and that of the carriers, all data filled in are already under the rules of the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709 / 2018), that is, only the necessary data is shown, during only the period that is necessary.

In order for your service to the carrier to be successful and can be well evaluated (and you can even receive direct ads, without competition), it is important to know:

• This application collects your position (the GPS must always be on) every 4 (four) minutes;

• The platform starts showing its position to the carrier just 6 (six) hours before the start of the trip. This way, the carrier will make sure that you are on your way, without needing you to call (or receive calls) to confirm your departure;

• Once the trip has started, you can report any event necessary to detail your trip;

• Once you finish the trip, the carrier will no longer have access to your positioning in real time (live), 6 (six) hours later;

• Positioning during the trip will be available to the carrier within 7 (seven) days after the end of the trip, for audit purposes. After this period, this data will be permanently destroyed from our databases and cannot be recovered in any way.
